Fresh from Pat’s Garden – Growing Flavor for Our Seasonal Menu

Spring has officially sprung, and here at Pat’s Bar & Grill, that means more than just patio season and sunshine—it’s time to get our garden growing! Nestled in the community garden,  we plant and grow a variety of fresh vegetables and herbs that are used in our seasonal menu offerings.

We believe that the best meals start with the freshest ingredients, and there’s nothing fresher than produce grown down the street.  From juicy tomatoes and crisp peppers to vibrant basil, rosemary, and more, our garden plays a big role in the flavors you enjoy at Pat’s.

Planting Season Begins

Every spring, we rolls up their sleeves to plant the seeds that will become the stars of our summer menu. We love watching our garden bloom and grow throughout the season, and we’re just as excited to share those fresh flavors with our guests.

Whether it’s a zesty salsa made from our own tomatoes and peppers, a fresh mojito with garden mint, or a summer salad topped with hand-picked greens, you’ll taste the difference that homegrown produce makes.

Why It Matters

Growing our own vegetables and herbs isn’t just about great taste—it’s about quality, sustainability, and pride in what we serve. It also connects us with the community and the land we love here in Lake Hopatcong. When you dine with us, you’re not just getting a delicious meal—you’re getting something grown with care and intention.

What’s in the Garden This Year?

This season, we’re planting:

  • Tomatoes
  • Bell Peppers
  • Jalapeños
  • Zucchini
  • Basil
  • Cilantro
  • Rosemary
  • Mint
  • Oregano

These garden-fresh ingredients will be featured in rotating food and drink specials all summer long, so be sure to ask what’s new and farm-fresh when you visit.

Come Taste the Difference

At Pat’s, we believe food should be flavorful, fresh, and made with love. And that love starts in the garden. So next time you’re enjoying a meal or a cocktail out on the patio, know that you’re getting a little piece of Pat’s Garden in every bite.

Here’s to another bountiful growing season, and even more delicious memories ahead! 🌿🍅🌶️
